You will have a crisp bottom and top, with a deliciously moist and chewy middle. You can top yours with cheese or add olives & garlic infused olive oil to the mix if you like! Serve your focaccia as an antipasto, table bread, or sandwich bread! Wait, you may want your guests to leave at some point, so serving it to company may not be such a good idea! Only kidding!
